Established in 2005, DGI Exteriors specializes in the commercial and residential gutter and siding throughout the D.C. Metro area including Northern Virginia and Maryland. We are a contractor with a goal of providing the highest quality, best performance, and most reliable services to our clients. Smart businesses require a safe, reliable, quality service vendor as a trusted ally. DGI Exteriors is such a vendor.

We offer full-service installation of rain gutter, gutter guards, vinyl, and fiber-cement siding. We serve the most recognizable builders in our region such as Toll Brothers, EYA, Beazer Homes, Drees Homes, LGI Homes, and Madison Homes. Also, we have established business relationships with specialists such as Power Home Remodeling, Presidential Exteriors, and Homefix Installations.

Services

DGI Exteriors, Inc., offers an array of services related to exterior finishes. From gutter to siding to house wrapping, we can facilitate a turn-key exterior finish work in order to meet the needs of our clients, while maintaining a close communication to update the builders and clients on status of any work or projects.

DGI services include but are not limited to:

• Installation and/or repair of vinyl siding
• Installation and/or repair of fiber-cement siding (Panel Siding, Lap Siding)
• Installation and/or repair of trim (PVC, Azek, and Fiber-cement trim)
• Installation of house wrap (Kingspan and Tyvek)
• Installation shutters (Mid-America and Mastic)
• Installation and/or repair of seamless gutter
• Installation and/or repair of copper seamless gutters and Half round gutters

Current Performance

Currently, DGI Exteriors provides:

• Vinyl and fiber-cement siding and gutter installation and house wrapping services for Toll Brothers in eight (8) master communities and more than 20 sub communities throughout Fairfax and Loudoun County in VA and Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel County in MD.
• Proficient at installing fiber-cement siding at larger establishments, condos, and townhouse communities, such as the Eisenhower Square, Ridges and Chelsea Square.
• Familiar with various other builders and communities throughout VA (Winchester and Fredericksburg) and MD (LA Plata, Frederick, and Columbia) to list a few EYA, LGI Homes, Beazer Homes, and Madison Homes.
